Home Watch
Home Watch is a valued service that provides monitoring for your home or property through regular on-site inspections. We cover the inside and outside of the premises . During these visits a Home Watch Professional will look for obvious issues and notify you in a timely manor. Many second home and rental property owners will decide that they do not need a Home Watch service. They go at it alone, or they will rely on a neighbor or nearby family member to ‘keep an eye out’ and hope that nothing goes wrong. This can have disastrous results. Problems such as plumbing leaks, rodent/pest infestations, even squatters on your property can not only be costly, but can also ruin the time you have in your treasured home.
Our company uses business management software provided by Home Watch IT. The reports we send you are all professionally produced by us, using software that captures the GPS coordinates as well as the time and date that correspond to the report’s creation. You will have infallible evidence that your home was visited should you ever have an insurance claim or other need.
Rental Property Service
Let us resolve your tenant issue, so that you can enjoy your time off. Our response time is typically 2 hours however we guarantee to address your request within 24hours. Let us help so you don't have to.
Handyman
We can handle most of your small to medium size projects and repairs, both inside and outside your home. Ranging from appliance/TV and ceiling fan installation to deck resurfacing/repair. If you want to know if we can do it, just give us a call and we can address your handyman needs.

Pricing
Home Watch
Weekly/ Bi-Weekly/ check of your property. We conduct a complete review of your property to make sure that there is no damage due to storms, animals, water or weather. This includes reports immediately after each visit.
Homes up to 4000 sq
$75 Weekly $90 Bi-Weekly
Handyman Services
Standard rate per hour.
Service Call (Mon-Fri, 9a-5p)
$95.00/Hr.
Minimum charge of 1 hour.
After Hours
$175.00/Hr.
Emergency Calls and any service initiated after 5pm and weekends.
Winterization & Spring Opening
Prepare your house for the winter and/or open it up for the season.
Price varies based upon required service
$125.00 & up
